Michoacana Alhambra

Our first time visit, not a good experience, we ordered a funnel cake and a aqua she gave us the aqua, asked if we wanted everything on the funnel cake looked around and walked away , we sat there waiting for the order, way over 25 mins, till we got up to ask and to find out she never put the order in, then was told someone else who ordered way after us , that their ordered was being made , so we paid for the Aqua , wasn’t even offered an apology, just was told we should of ordered in Spanish that she didn’t speak English, needless to say we will not be back

Poor employees have to work in an 80+ degree environment. I was only in line for 10 minutes and was already getting heated. The staff was very nice and helpful though. I had the cucumber sorbet and melon sorbet. The cucumber was very flavorful and refreshing. The melon was very light in flavor in comparison but still refreshing. They have a wide variety of flavors.

I asked for no papaya and coconut because I am allergic and they still added it.

Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant! The home-cooked food here is incredible. The birria tastes like it was crafted by the divine. One birria taco dorado nearly packs enough calories to fuel your entire day. Why would anyone spend hours making such a complicated dish when they can simply come here for a delicious homemade taco and some delightful ice cream for under $10 and in less than 30 minutes? I adore this place!

The food and desserts are outstanding. The restaurant is very well maintained, and to my surprise, it wasn't crowded at all. The staff is attentive and polite. This is definitely a place I'll return to.
