El Pollo Loco - Alhambra

I had the Double Chicken Bowl and it was excellent. I had never had this before. Service was quick and efficient. I love El Pollo Loco. Love their condiment bar too.

Visit You this place redirection is the best choice trust It's not worth your problems! I don't know why they have 3 beginnings, they're the worst here. You have to either change the management or get rid of the restaurant all together. I have placed an order online for pickup and was ready at 816. I was there before. The doors to the restaurant were locked and the journey through the line was super long typical they take forever to begin your order). It was annoying to see how my food gets cold on the countertop. I felt it was pointless to go on the car thru to get a cold meal chicken 't good after' Also a man who makes the door tried to come for a pickup and they did not even come to the door when he tried to signal his phone. I tried to call the restaurant a few times. To round it off when you talk to the drive thru great you with hello just to you know we have no salsa or tortillas it is not unusual there not the first time they have nothing constantly.

Advertising pozole but when I ordered at the drivethru was told it was discontinued Sads...got the tortilla soup instead

Horrible! One, the wait time is ridiculous. I ordered a curve-side pick-up and waited for 20 minutes. I called more than ten times, and no one picked up. I had to go inside the restaurant, and they could find my order. Then I get four small pieces of chicken in my bowl.
