Biaggi's Italiano - Algonquin

The bruschetta was burnt during my second order, and this has happened twice now. As for wheelchair accessibility, I've visited multiple times, and each time, no one offers to hold the heavy door for us. They see us approaching and do nothing to help. It's quite disappointing, especially considering that there are four of us in our group who are over 70 and have disabilities. We could really use some assistance when entering or exiting the restaurant.

Typically, everything we try here is flavorful and delicious. However, today I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, and it was quite bland. Even the chicken lacked seasoning and taste. Hopefully, this is just a one-time issue, but I probably won't choose this dish again.

The restaurant features stunning surroundings, fantastic staff, and wonderfully innovative dishes. I really enjoyed the fresh bread and olive oil served as soon as we were seated, along with the complimentary refills on soup or salad when ordering half portions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A special thanks to our waiter Adam! Meal type: Lunch.

The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service was impeccable. The portions were so hardy I couldn't get a dessert . Next, I'm going for the creme brulee or the bread pudding . Well worth the price. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Our server, Connor, was outstanding! Having waited tables for seven years myself, I can easily recognize exceptional service. It was my grandmother's birthday, and when she mentioned to Connor that she is diabetic, he thoughtfully brought her a platter of fresh fruit with a candle so we could sing Happy Birthday to her. He was incredibly attentive and professional! The food was fantastic as well. Thank you, Connor!
