Lucky Bowl - Algona

The name of the restaurant reminds me more of a bowling alley than a dining spot. "Sum Hing" was a fitting name that came with delicious food, but "Lucky Bowl" feels more accurate in that you're lucky if the food actually tastes good. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the price per person was between $10 and $20.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. While I understand that staff may need to bring their children to work, there should be better supervision. At one point, both kids were climbing on our table, which took our attention away from our meal. Their mother simply said "I'm sorry" and walked off, leaving the children there. I don’t think I will return. Additionally, it raises concerns about the germs those kids could be spreading by touching everything. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20.

The food was delicious, and there was the cutest little girl in a walker, welcoming the guests as she moved around. She was truly delightful! As for the service, I would give it a rating of 3.
