Whole Scoop - Alexandria Bay

Staff is not very nice. Plus I noticed they set their prices based on tax. This seems odd. Then on top of everything else cash only. So expensive, pricing structure that benefits them, unfriendly service and cash only. This all leads to 1 star. Side note the positive reviews look fake to me.

Always have excellent strawberry sundaes here! I’ve read the girls have attitude but they’ve never been anything but nice. Considering it’s over 100 degrees in that shack cut them some slack.

This restaurant is way too hot! I felt sorry for the young girls working in such extreme heat. The shop felt like an oven. I ordered a scoop of toasted coconut, which was delicious, and left a tip, but I don't think I will be returning. The owner should definitely invest in an air conditioner for their employees' sake.

Visited today. Ordered a vanilla milkshake for 3 year old. Milk spolied. Thank goodness we tasted it. When brought to the attention of the girls working, no apology or no care, honestly. That could have made someone sick. Very disappointed in the milkshake and very disappointed in the care that it was spoiled. Money was given back but it was disturbing it was the only true ice cream place that we could see and the service and milkshake was awful

During our recent trip, my wife and I visited this restaurant twice and enjoyed the delicious ice cream. Just remember to bring cash because they do not accept credit or debit cards.
