The Burger Shack Alexandria

The burger was amazing. The perfect amount of char and cooked to a medium as requested. The associate behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. The garlic fries were phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes good, well priced burgers. Added bonus: the restaurant was extremely clean

One terrific burger! I built mine 9oz well done on brioche with toppings. It wasn't like the thinner patties at 5guys or Freddy's. The burger meat was thick, juicy and full of flavor. I'm craving one as i post this!

Let me say first the customer service is excellent at this place but the food..yuck. I ordered the wings mild, they have no flavor to them. Not even salt and pepper, it?s the same thing with their fries. Who doesn?t put salt on fries out the oil?!? I was excited For their menu and the location is very convenient but I can?t pay $10 for burger that lacks flavor.

The service was fabulous and friendly. My burger was great. The meat was cooked and still juicy. I had been craving a good juicy burger for sometime. I got the Teriyaki Burger. I would go back. Now if only they could replicate the 'Bro Burger '.

There is no way you guys are giving this place any stars. My med-well burger was no only well done but had no flavor what so ever. The cheese was a small square in the middle of the bun and basically you couldn't find it once you took the bun off. The fries and drink are extra charge but it was the best part of the meal. I spent $16 and will never make that mistake again. This place will be outta business by next year. Do better.
