Subway - Alexandria

The store messed up my whole order. I paid 16 dollars for a wrong non meal. I ordered a wrap meal with lays chips a bottle Gatorade and 3 for 2.89 cookies. I got a sandwich on wheat it looks like roast beef. No chip 1 chocolate chip and not the (1 double chocolate, macadamia nut and raspberry). I have called 8 times and they pickup and hang up. I am so upset! Horrible

What the heck man! There’s a subway like every 100 feet around here. Can we please get a Jersey Mikes around here?This subway is no good.

I asked for pizza sub for my son and the young lady said they don’t have it. It’s just pepperoni and marinara sauce on bread. I almost walked a way but the two young ladies spoke in Spanish and agreed to make one. I believe It’s a training issues.

I have always had a good experience. This location is small but very clean. Service has always been friendly. As mentioned in other reviews they do not accept coupons at this location so I removed a star for that reason. My food has always been fresh and made with care.

Mr Lee the franchise owner accused me of stealing Juice out the fountain I spend on average $40 a week on Subway and even more to have my business events catered by subway not anymore.
