Subway - Alexandria

Nothing stood out in particular or made it feel homie. People wasnt exactly happy to be there it seemed.food was good though as always!

We always order the same. Italian herbs and cheese bread 3 ft long; Cold cut trio with the works always turns out good. don't let them make your sandwich .the way that they want to ::you tell them how your sandwich is to be made..they will take thetime to make the best sandwich ,you can get ..always nice, always polite and always fast. We eat there 3 times a month.. great place . For the price. Always clean.

So for today I ordered my lunch from them through doordash and Subway making my food left a clear glove under the white piece of paper when I called them all they wanted to say was bring your food back and we will replace your order unfortunately I'm atwork have another 4 hours till I get off and cannot go up there all I want is a refund the girl I answered the phone was rudeand all she could continue to say is literally I just got here

As she started making my sandwiches, she was quite rude, stating that I was supposed to bring back the incorrect item. I explained that the employee I spoke to on the phone didn't mention that. Her attitude was very unfriendly, and I told her it felt like she was blaming me when it wasn't my fault. At that moment, another female employee with short, unkempt hair loudly interjected, saying, "Ma'am, she's telling you what the employee should have told you!" Her loud and unprofessional comments were completely out of place, given that the conversation was between me and the employee who was redoing my order. I was shocked at how unkind and unprofessional both employees were, especially considering I was there to resolve an issue caused by their team.

I tried the buffalo chicken sub for the first time. While it's not my favorite, it was definitely enjoyable and tasty.
