I’ve been ordering here for 7 yearS. I don’t eat NO OTHER PIZZA. On New Year’s Eve around 8:30 they messed up my order forgot my soda and I was suppose to have it sent back out the next day, but I was really sick due to me being pregnant. Called on January 2nd and they tell me I can’t get it cause they don’t redeem orders after two days. Mind you it’s January 2nd, the 2nd day. So I said that, then they had another excuse. ? but wanted me to calm down. And trust me for what they were doing to me I was VERY CALM FOR A PREGNANT WOMEN. Make sure y’all get y’all redemptions as soon as it happens cause they will play you. Absolutely messed up situation.
Unfathomable environment. Male Cashier was non communicative, irresponsible, and confused. Failed completion of order. Inefficient taking address/phone number. Multiple pauses while engaging in pleasant socializing with other workers. Failure attempting to look up a recent order. Lacking basic English skills. Rude, impatient, disrespectful. Unfortunately this location is non-functional with phone orders and addressing a manager/co-worker requested. Non-functional restaurant on customer service end.
We consistently get a good pizza here. Yes you need to customize the order to get it your way . We go for the thin crust, square cut veggie pizza and follow the baseball and basketball specials to save some money. Pizza is ready when we get there to pick it up. Nothing special but consistent, easy and inexpensive with the coupon.
Ordered 2 pizza at 5, showed up after an hour cold, and one of the pizzas was not cut into slices. The pepperocini in the box had a bite taken out of it. I called in to get a refund and they “couldn’t find my order”. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn’t one. My wife then called back and was on the phone with them for over 30 mins. They wanted to send another pizza, nearly 2 hours later. Now they want to pick up the pizzas and give a cash refund? Very poor business practice and customer service. When I pay $40 for 2 mediums I at least expect them to come sliced, semi warm, and no bite taken out of my pepper.
