Awful service! We spent such a long time ordering the food via their kiosk and then it said we had to pay upfront. When we went to the counter we were there about ten minutes. I was politely saying hello trying to get their attention and they didn’t even acknowledge us at all or noticed us. The business was not even that crowded and the women cleaning the tables simply told us to wait instead of going in the back and getting someone’s attention. Their priority is drive thru for sure. So rude and not going back here. I hope the franchise manager reads this. Service: Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
