We were kept waiting for 30 minutes for a simple meal. No explanation was given. The employees are very rude.

I miss living in Tokyo but this restaurant is bringing some of those vibes back. They seem to have recipes/items more based out of Hokkaido so it’s actually even more special. Their miso ramen was Devine and they even have a spicy option. Oh and their egg in the ramen is absolutely devine!!! It’s legitimately like a Japanese egg (you wouldn’t understand unless you’ve had Japanese eggs)They have a good beer selection which compliments the food well.I also tried the tuna sushi and it was prepared brilliantly. Nice thick slices with a touch of wasabi between the tuna and the rice.This place is super professional and I will probably visit extremely regularly for now on!Kanpai ?

We got the crouching tiger sushi, volcano roll, jalepeno poppers, and pork bun. Everything was fresh and very very delicious. Unique and fun flavors. Good value. Nice atmosphere and very clean.

While looking for Thai food, I found Hinata Sushi Bar by accident. I don 't quite remember how, but I thought, that place looks interesting. After being seated, one of the first things that stood out was their special for the day (see photo. Movie buffs enjoy). Ended up getting a sampler that came with octopus, squid, and a few other things I 've had before. After putting my fear aside, I devoured all of it. They have a good amount of space for large groups, and their service was awesome. I shall return.
