Chick-fil-a - Alexandria

I always find my order to be accurate at this restaurant. The food is consistently delicious. The employees always have a positive attitude. Despite the long lines, they still manage to deliver the food to you fresh in under 8 minutes. I love it! ????????

Normally, the food at this restaurant is delicious. However, today I was disappointed to find that the Chick-fil-A sandwich I received was significantly smaller than usual. I had ordered the same meal just two days ago and could definitely notice the difference in size. This experience has left me feeling very upset.

I was disappointed with my carry-out experience at this restaurant. They forgot the two shakes I ordered, gave me a grilled chicken sandwich with no lettuce instead of the #2 deluxe all the way that I requested. When the shakes finally arrived, they were warm and not mixed properly. I was the only person ordering carry-out during the entire time my order was being prepared, so there was no excuse for these mistakes.

Worst experience in 30 years at a Chick fil a, both food and customer service. The workers (3 guys) were more interested in talking with the car of 4 girls for 5-10 minutes before sending them forward and taking our order. When we got to our food thefries they contained many burnt ones and the nuggets lacked flavor. Visit another location.

99% of the time they are great. Which I guess is a pretty good rating. Since 2018. I have only had one person be rude, and my sandwich order be wrong 3 times. (it had tomatoes and I'm allergic) Everyone is always nice and friendly. Some are happier andskipping in line when they take orders. It really does make it a better experience. When at most other places, people seem tohate their life when you try to be pleasant to them. I wish they would open one in Pineville. Overall, my food is always hot, ittastes amazing and the line moves quickly. Reward points are great too!!!
