You HAVE to try the lemon-herb salmon here!!! It?s so juicy and tender. ???? I had a business lunch at Chart House, and the whole vibe of the restaurant was just perfect. It has a beautiful view of the Potomac. If you?re going there during the day, get a table by the window. ???????? The food was very delicious and fresh. See the pictures with names of the dishes. Although this is one of the pricy restaurants in Town, it is a great option for a big occasion, or a business lunch kind of gathering. Our waiter Sam was so helpful in recommending the cream of crab soup. It was my first time trying it today, and I loved it! Thank you, Sam! Enjoy! ??
Cocktails are very well done from presentation to execution. The food is exceptional. Location and view make the venue memorable. We had a bit of a rocky start. They forget they seated us. A manager handled our situation professionally and we will certainly visit them again.
I took my daughter here for her 13th birthday. We went for lunch. Since I'd made reservations, they gave her a cute birthday card. We sat outside. Unfortunately, the sun started making me sick so I didn't eat my meal. I had a salad with the fish sandwich and fries. The sandwich was just OK. My daughter had salmon with a side of asparagus. Her salmon was tasty. The asparagus was over cooked. My server was excellent. She didn't know a cherry coke could be made with grenadine and coke. It was her first time and she said she'll definitely make them again. Would I go back... not sure yet. Maybe in a couple of years because I do think they are better restaurants in VA on the water.
Very nice atmosphere, with nice views overlooking the Potomac River. Not being familiar with the place, figuring out where to park and then navigating to the restaurant was slightly amusing. Thankfully we inadvertently took the scenic route avoided the work area out front. Seem to be a nice area if not a bit congested. The food wine were great. We had a grilled swordfish and a blackened Mahi-mahi, and we shared a slice of delicious homemade cheesecake to finish it off. I can?t forget the coffee, whatever kind they use has a nice robust flavor without the acidic finish such flavors usually come with.
