Przekaż informację zwrotnąI came in there about six o'clock, and they had no donuts. I asked the supervisor what kind of donut business is this, and that doesn't have any donuts. She got smart and said this is not a donut business, this is a coffee company.
Ordered an ice cream cake 3 days in advance for my husbands birthday. I showed up to pick up and they spent 15 minutes looking for the cake and the very disrespectful attendant came out said he couldn’t find it despite having my confirmation email and receipt printed showing it should be prepared. He said there was nothing they could do about it. Thankfully a woman with a DD hat on offered me one of the cakes in the fridge that was already made. They didn’t have the flavor I ordered and the cake was unfortunately frost bitten and gross. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will not return.

Horrible experience. I asked a simple question to see if they had brownie sundaes as their website states they do, and the employee was ticked off apparently and practically yelled “we don’t do brownies anymore.” I asked for a bit more to pick and as soon as I waved at him to notify the man I was ready to order, he walked past me to tend to a customer that had only just walked through the door — I had been at the front counter all this time.You’re better off driving a few more minutes to another location with better customer service. Additionally, the location reeks of a horrible smell. Terrible experience.
