Little Caesars Pizza - Alexander City

I ordered two pizzas, but the pepperoni wasn't sliced, and they weren't fully cooked.

Our family really enjoys Little Caesars Pizza. The pizza itself was delicious, as usual, but I do have a complaint about the service. Despite the fact that they weren't busy, it took nearly 20 minutes for our order to be ready. Additionally, the toppings seemed haphazardly placed, with some areas of the pizza having a lot of toppings while others had almost none.

At 1:30, we drove to Little Caesars and waited in the drive-thru line, only to discover that no one was there to take our order. When we got out of the car to check, we found the door was locked. Is it really acceptable to not open for business during regular hours? It was the middle of the day! If you’re going to be closed, at least put a note on the window or update your website. We checked online, and it said they were open, so we were expecting to order. I definitely won’t be going back. What a frustrating experience!

It took so long to get my order, so would I do it? ve gave them zero stars, but when they finally took my order, they were very sweet to get one.

Terrible service pulled up at the window sat there 15 mins cashier didn't acknowledge me smile say hey wait one moment looked me dead in the eye then proceeded to help someone else then gave me a dirty look what happened to first come first serve the 280 Alexander city lil ceasers location is terrible don't go there 8/30/22 at 7:00 pm
