Always you have to wait twice the time to get your order delivered, as the staff must bring you cold food in the first time! despite you have clearly mentioned in your order that you need your food fresh cooked! Management should take an action as this branch is really bad!

Always busy the order takes a bit long to come at your table and sometimes 30min on thursday

The girl (kaye)who takes order is very rude talk to me and my brother as if we are very stupid. We felt being scolded the entire time we were talking to her. She should be trained to be a proper front liner specially working to a world known fast food chain.

Take long time to finish they even skip my order number to take care of further numbers after me. The order was only blac coffee and Sunday ice cream
