Beautiful and very tasty New Year's menu. All courses were very tasteful and also visually very appealing. Only small suggestion: For a New Year's Eve of approx. 6 hours a musical underpainting would have been nice in the background. Nevertheless highly recommended for special occasions and upscale kitchen.

Special hotel in a former monastery. You sleep in the former monk's claws, which are contemporary and decorated with style. The monastery's spaciousness is very impressive and makes up the speciality of the hotel. Nothing is 0815 or mass tourism. Perfect for a short break. The restaurant is also highly recommended. Special cuisine at a high level, but still staying on the ground with delicious dishes mostly with products from the region and a very good wine map. The owners as well as the staff are very warm and attentive and you realize that their job brings joy.

We were in a bigger group there for a weekend. The monastery is so huge that you've been lost before. To get from the rooms to the reception, breakfast and dinner we had to go to the other end of the facility. Since it was very cold in the huge corridors, it only went with scarf and jacket. The rooms and the rooms are very tastefully decorated. The food was usually very delicious. Only once we had attacked with a tough beef. The dishes are in the middle price segment.
