Alcudia Beach

Just back from the hotel Alcudia great little adults Hotel Food was good always something to eat Room was clean Staff were great always there to help with your every need We were leaving very early on the day we were heading back to England long before the dinning room opened hotel staff knew we were leaving early and left us some fruit water and a sandwich so we could eat something on the way to the airport shout out to them thank you for doing that for us Staff member who we have know for over 20 years yes we have been going there that long because we love this hotel was off ill we wish you well Rafa and may god speed your recovery and we will see you next year Hotel is right in the centre of things short walks to the bars in the area but you can stay in the hotel bar and have a few beers and a laugh with the staff Great place to stay you will love it

This hotel was amazing. Room was lovely with balcony. Very clean and spacious. Food was really good,staff amazing and always helpful. Special shout out to Victor in reception and Maria who worked in poolside bar. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday and would definitely go back again

We are at Alcudia beach at moment Family of 4 , very clean hotel a bit dated maybe , pools are good always got a sun bed ok kids pool great , upgraded to all inclusive after 2 days , foods ok drinks good Bit limited on entertainment , great abba tribute last night but nothing tonight , as for out and about up the strip for cheap and cheerful entertainment or down by harbour for bit more up market

I have recently returned from a 7 night stay all inclusive. the rooms were absolute disgusting there was mould in the kitchen and the plug sockets , mould in the shower room , holes in the walls , cracks in the walls , i had blood stains on my bedsheet aswell! as i thought things could not get any worse the food was raw they did not cater for brittish guests at all! they were actually serving fish for breakfast! i watched the chef pick flies out the food and throw them on the floor! we had to eat oput everyday and lift more moeny that we did not cater for would never recommend this hotel to anyone. the managers are very rude and close you down as soon as you go to them to complain! the only decent staff they had there was the receptionist sonia she was lovely and very welcoming.

Well we are never dissatisfied when we come here it is a lovely hotel with the most lovely staff the cooks and head staff are always so friendly and make the most lovely delicious special meals keep up the good work love you guys
