I’m not normally a big pasta fan but really wanted a second visit. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and the wines. Claudio was very welcoming and attentive.
Friendly staff but portions were very small and quite expensive for what you got . We were seated at the back , outside as hadn’t booked however not ideal seating area -soulless
You won't find a variety of vegan options but their options are to die for. We had bruscheta, pizza with tomato sauce, aubergine and aspargos, basilico sauce pasta and lemon sorbet. Everything was impeccable!
While they only have a few Vegan specific options, the staff are quite happy to debase classic Italian dishes via adding ingredients to meals: for e.g, I had the Gnocchi Basilico at one sitting and the Macaroni Basilico at another and added multiple vegetables and walnuts to the dishes (come at me Italians . They serve some really nice vegan Bruschetta and No-Cheese Pizza to accompany too The staff were knowledgeable between the differences in Vegetariano and Vegan that's always a plus They get really busy in peak seasons, so I'd suggest booking a table to avoid disappointment, or see about grabbing a table before 8pm when everyone seems to eat around here Updated from previous review on 2023-07-05
Really nice and cosy Italian restaurant. The staff/owners are very helpful and friendly. Had a delicious three course meal and a good Italian coffee. Recommended!
