Subway - Alcoa

The Subway at this location is outstanding. They always have enough staff for quick service. The employees are friendly and greet you when you walk in, and are willing to chat with you if you want. The food prep area and dining areas are always clean. They even have a drive-thru window with a separate station just for to-go orders, so you don't have to wait long. This place is definitely a winner.

The staff was friendly and efficient in assisting, but unfortunately the tuna sandwich was not to my liking.

I have been reviewing restaurants for ten years, and in that time, I have never encountered a manager (Corey) as rude as the one at this place! I will never dine there again, and I strongly recommend that you do not spend your money at this Subway either. Find a Subway that values your business, because this one certainly does not!

I am traveling and have no car so ordered food today to be delivered by Doordash. Doordash arrives with only partial order. I was missing bottled water and chips. I said where's the rest of my food to the Doordash person. They said this was it. I immediately called this Subway and the person apologized for messing up the order. I asked how will I get the rest of my food. She didn't know how. She took my number and said she was going to call manager to reimburse me for what was not delivered. No call so far. In addition I asked for no onions and receipt clearly showed no onions too... well I got onions. What a poor performance of totally messing up the order. Philly Cheesesteak was a joke, hardly any steak on the sandwich. Too expensive for quality!!!

Stopped to let the grandkids build their own sandwiches to eat after a long day at Dollywood. We were taken care of right away, and they each got exactly what they wanted. We were all very happy and content.
