Sonic Drive-in - Alcoa

I do not recommend this location if you want to correct your order in less than 30 minutes

Only three cars at the pull up, and 3 in drive thru and waited 17 mins for someone to take order until I got tired of waiting and left. Typical customer service these days.

Service was fast and friendly. However, Sonic needs to improve their recipe for sauteed onions on their patty melt. They tasted more like onions in hot water than properly caramelized sauteed onions.

It was around 1:00 p.m. when I stopped in. I waited maybe 5 minutes the place was there quarters full of customers. So I didn't mind. Ordered my food and paid at the booth. 5 more minutes and my food came out. It was fresh and tasty for the both of us.

I always love sonic! I used to work in one and it was honestly the cleanest fast food place I've worked at and the food is always great.
