Mcdonald's - Alcoa

I wasn't here because eating would be phenomenal. I ordered a good food because I wanted a Stitch toy and got a Scooby-Doo head, and I had drinks without ice and they gave me ice anyway.

Ordered through UberEats.The food got here missing two hamburgers, a fry, and a soda. When I called it rang a few times and went to a fax machine sound.Have to take a major hit and come up with something for two of my kids who don't have their foodThanks BunchesSincerely,A tired widow with 4 kids, no car, trying to have a small break from cooking every single night.

I must add a comment:I was charged more than the typical order total.The digital display for the drive thru didn't display the total.When I requested a receipt, suddenly the store was out of printer paper.A great time for a Manager's intervention.Every McDonald's usually replies to comments, except for this store.

Did not receive chicken n cheese McGriddle instead I got a chicken biscuit which I ended up paying $9 for
