Great service. They were made of rice, but they took care of it.

Hailing from a part of the country that doesn’t have Bojangles, we decided it’s high time to see what the fuss is all about. We popped in after landing at TYS before heading east to Pigeon Forge. Glad we did! We tried/shared a chicken sandwich with all the trimmings loved it; 6 piece chicken tenders wished we ordered more; fries they hit the spot; and a biscuit drizzled with honey. So now we know what the fuss is all about, and I’ll be making a fuss until I get back for more. Good chicken!

First and probably the only time that I will here. I travel around the country and this was one of the best BoJangles that i jave ever been too.. Cant say enough about the chicken and other fixns, its always Bo Time .......... I do have to say a special thanks to Ms April, she was just straight up and funny. Love her attitude....

This is my second time coming to Knoxville and I stopped by this Bojangles each time. The customer service is always great, the employees have that authentic southern accent and hospitality. I love it. Shae was at the cashier, very patient and pleasant. See y’all next year
