A good experience. it has validated more than 70 km. in the typical and at good price mid restaurant segment is a 9. yes what you are looking for is to try a good gachas, migas, pisto, chuletas, etc. here you are sure to eat in abundance, dessert and generous drink for 4 less than 100€. we will definitely come back.

The restaurant the stain is a typical restaurant of manchego both for its atmosphere and for its food. the place stands out for the exquisite dishes such as the Massacres, the shepherd's crumbs and his star dessert, the cake. also has a large terrace where you can have a romantic night. It also has a bar that complements the premises.

El restaurante La Mancha es un típico restaurante manchego tanto en su ambiente como en su gastronomía. Destaca por sus deliciosos platos como las Gachas de matanza, las Migas de pastor y su postre estrella, la Bizcochada. Además, cuenta con una amplia terraza donde se puede disfrutar de una velada romántica. También dispone de un bar que complementa el local.

We popped in for an evening meal. Despite there was no English menu and staff didn’t not speak English. We communicated through Google translator. We ordered a beef steak and hake with seafood. There were very good home cooked meals. And 2 dates later we realized we left one our jackets there. We went back to restaurant, the staff immediately gave us the jacket, nothing missing. Great honest people.

We initially intended to eat in the highly rated restaurant next door but the lack of diners in the terrace at 9:15pm rang alarm bells in my mind. We looked across to the La Mancha terrace and saw that it was crowded with families. That's usually a good indicator for a good place to eat when you're not familiar in town. Tapas was served with our drinks 3 bread rolls with different fillings inside. There are two areas in this restaurant: the terrace and seating area near the bar mainly had diners ordering drinks and snacks like bread rolls with meat filling; and a restaurant further inside the building where diners had their meals. As we were early for our meal, a table cloth was spread over the table where we were seated near the bar. The diners started to stream into the inner dining area after 9:30pm. The menu provides the menu of the day option and a'la carte; we chose the latter. Our table allowed a great view into the kitchen. Both the kitchen and wait staff were very busy that Saturday evening. Even so, the wait staff were professional, friendly and courteous to us. The highlight dishes for me were the Asadillo Manchego and the Huevos Revuelto. Absolutely delicious. As we mainly ordered dishes to share from the typical menu, the most expensive dish was €7.20. Our waiter said stop in Spanish when we ordered our meals as he thought we had sufficient on order he wasn't wrong as we were full afterwards. There are more expensive dishes on the menu but we were here to eat the local dishes. When we left after 11pm, the terrace of La Mancha was still full, next door was not. One word of advice: you need someone who speaks Spanish as the wait staff do not speak English.
