Estrela Do Sado - Alcacer Do Sal

It was great finding a typical Portuguese restaurant in the middle of Alentejo with vegan dishes made from scratch (not just a mix of side dishes). I had a creamy and tasty vegetable curry with white rice and a perfectly seasoned salad (with coreander, which is the most widely used herb around these parts). The presentation was also done with care, so the dish was not only tasty, but pretty as well. Staff and owners were very nice and helpful.

Fantastic family run restaurant! We just stopped in quite late in the evening out of sheer luck we found this great little place. Warm family welcome on arrival, very nice family feel, as If we knew them well. Great food and brilliant service, definitely go back again soon! perfecto!
