Quality on Olive Restaurant 579

The menu is a little limited the common problem of staff levels due to covid. However the food was nice, sensibly priced and they have some good specials

Restaurant 579 on Olive (located within the Mecure Hotel Albury) Fine Dining at it’s very best, (at very reasonable prices). Chef has used absolutely amazing local produce to plate astounding combinations of tastes and textures. Good select of local wines, wait staff are very knowledgeable about the wines and can help you make a selection. Service was excellent, we did the degustation. Highly recommend, we will be back. Superb meal, amazing dining experience.

It was great to eat here. The food was sensational. The quality of the ingredients, preparation and presentation were excellent. The timing of meals compared to orders was a bit out of sync and seemed to be one staff short although those that were working did an excellent job.

Had breakfast here while staying overnight at the Mercure. Pleasant setting overlooking the hotel pool. Nearby bar and lounge area. Friendly and quick service. Enjoyed my poached eggs on toast with mushrooms and bacon. Cappuccino also good.

Food was of a good standard with the sweets especially well presented and tasty. Service was a basic standard. No extra drinks offer after the first one was ordered before the meal. A saturday night and it is only open from 6-9pm
