Mcdonalds Family - Albury

I returned home without any maple syrup for my hotcakes. It was midnight, and I was the only customer, yet they still couldn’t get my order right. I'm so frustrated and too tired to drive back. It's no surprise this place has such a poor reputation.

The local McDonald's continues to improve every day. I never get tired of certain burgers, especially the Filet-O-Fish—I'm able to enjoy them all day, every day! I really hope they bring back the loaded fries!

Unfortunately, the quality and value at McDonald's have declined over the past few years. The burgers lack real flavor, the fries are underseasoned, and the ice machine is frequently out of service. The service is often unacceptable, with staff seeming disengaged even though several employees are behind the counter. The new menu items are decent, but the speed of service is extremely slow. It took 30 minutes for my order from the new menu to be ready, which defeats the purpose of fast food.
