Kfc - Albury-Wodonga

KFC is KFC, never changes, but the service is deplorable, how many times i've got take away and had missing elements, usually the cutlery bits, but occasionally parts of the meal. Never leave until I've checked everything now.

Disclaimer: I have always been a big fan of KFC, especially the chicken pieces. This KFC was as usual on the chicken front pure gold. After a long drive from Sydney the 11 secret herbs and spices were very welcome. The eating experience was good...More

Went there for quick lunch and had the spicy twister meal (combo). The food wasn't to bad. Beware of the chicken as it can be quite greasey. Not much can go wrong with a wrap.The service on the other hand needs work. Started off alright but went down hill in a hurry and they were not that busy either. Not sure what went wrong, but allow time to get served.

Went there this week for a quick takeaway for 4 people, cost $35. Would have got better value buying a large cooked chook and vegies and chips at another local takeaway. I have been buying food here occasionally and now after the lack of value I wont be going back.

There's not much to say about KFC as the food is standard across all restaurants. The staff were friendly, but service was slow. The restaurant was virtually empty but drive through was packed meaning we waited about 10 mins for our meals. Tables were filthy and hadn't been wiped in a while and the floor looked to be in the same state. The toilets were clean and smelt 'fresh'.I had to ask for serviettes and towelettes and i was given 6 spoons when nothing we ordered (5 x twisters and 10 x strips) required a spoon. Like all KFC's, i will return, but only out of necessity.
