Indian Chimney - Albury-Wodonga

Just stopped off for a take away meal when I was passing through town. Quick service, good food - best veggie curry puffs I have had in a long time!

Many of the Indian restaurants I've been to get the spices right, but don't pay enough attention to the basic produce. I often end up breaking up really tough meat into tiny bits and mixing it up into the sauce so tha I can actually eat it ! Ever experienced that :) Indian chimney was different! The chicken and slow cooked beef were cooked to perfection..... sooo tender!My kids loved it. Please go there!

Spent one night in Wodonga and came across this restaurant. The restaurant was tastefully decorated in an Indian theme. Service was very friendly, casual and efficient. We chose the Special menu for two which consisted of:PappadomsSamosasChicken Butter creamLamb Rogan JoshRice and naan.Couldn't fault the food. Fresh, tasty, not too spicy (we asked for medium). All in all a very pleasant experience and I'm gutted that it's not around the corner from where I live. I paid the same price for a banquet which I would pay for one dish in Melbourne. Well done guys and girls!!

This restaurant has amazing decor and an extensive menu. The service was friendly and the food was served promptly. Food quality was not great but good enough, the garlic naan was very good. We were accidentally overcharged $30 but this was fixed up when we noticed the error.

If you want a full flavoured Indian Curry then look no further than this place. The quality and taste were superb.I had the Chicken Saag and wasn't disappointed. I have to admit I didn't expect to find this little gem when I went into town for dinner, definitely one to remember.
