Wendy's - Albuquerque

Very fast service. Great customer service. Went through the drive thru in a hurry and the order came out great, no missing food or drinks. No complaints from me. Great job guys!

Seemed under staffed? They had me waiting at the speaker for more than 5 minutes which is okay but it happened to the car before and after me. Food was amazing through frys fresh and sandwiches was perfect

There was a long hair in my chili and I brought it back to the counter to be replaced. The gentleman poured it out and made me a new one. I mentioned that the chili had cheese with it and this female employee came over dismissively and stated that the cheese was extra. I told her I had paid for cheese and that the chili was compromised with a long hair. She was dismissive and rude, and confirmed that I did have cheese added to my order after attempting to nickel and dime me in front of other customers.

You never know when these wendys are open or not. I don't know how often I called to see if they're open, they say their lobby is open, and it's closed! it is a total waste of time to this wendy’s. food: 1/5
