I’m sorry, but is the salsa coming from your control center? It feels like I have to beg for it! It should have been included in the bag with my dozen flaautas and five plates. Your staff needs to brush up on their counting, because I asked for four extra and only received two. That’s not enough for six people! To make matters worse, there was not a single tortilla or any utensils, and there was nothing for grandma—no little container of salsa, since you forgot her posole. I’ve been trying to call for the last two hours with no response, so here I am, lodging a complaint.

The process was quick and easy. The shredded chicken is incredibly juicy and flavorful. The side options are also excellent. With two train rides, it’s a convenient choice for a lunch break.

This restaurant is quite average—there's nothing particularly good or bad to note. It feels a bit overpriced for what you receive, but I suppose that's just how things are in America these days.

The restaurant gets quite busy during lunch hours. One thing I found inconvenient is that when you enter, the line starts right at the door, forcing you to walk past people to reach the end of it. The same situation applies to the restrooms. However, aside from that issue, the food is tasty, the staff is friendly, and they serve customers efficiently.
