Taco Bell - Albuquerque

I ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito, but instead, I received a chicken dish that was drenched in sauce. It had a lot of sour cream and a salad with tomatoes. Overall, I would rate this food a 1 out of 5.

Went thru the drive thru order the Nashville chicken with mash potatoes instead of fry’s I made sure to get charged for the mashed potatoes, because I know they are a little slow she said it 3 times . I got home and they gave my fry’s so I had to drive back and she has the audacity to ask for my receipt when I didn’t even touch the food she took it back to the kitchen threw the fry’s and gave me a side of mash potatoes so now I’m stuck with cold chicken and a hard biscuit .very disappointed

Why do you guys advertise things you don 't have?! Workers are too lazy to make coffee so they say we don 't have coffee at this location if that 's the case take it off the menu!

We ordered just a chicken and two sides. They asked if I wanted a receipt for the drive-thru, and I said no. I regret not checking my $35 order because a few items were missing. By the time we got home, it felt like a hassle to deal with it. I’m a 40-year-old mother, and I'm not the type to happily go back and say I didn’t receive my food. Even if I had wanted to, it would have been too much trouble. From now on, I’ll definitely ask for a receipt, regardless of whether I plan to check my order right away.

My experience was quite disappointing. My dish wasn't fully cooked, and there were hairs in my potatoes. I've never had such a bad experience at a restaurant before.
