Subway - Albuquerque

I visit this restaurant for lunch occasionally. On one particular day, they were extremely busy. I thought I would quickly be in and out since I was next in line, but there were three online orders in front of me, each with 3-4 sandwiches. The young man and woman managing the counter handled the pressure incredibly well! They were working efficiently and communicating to make sure all the orders were accurate. I didn’t mind the wait at all while I observed their teamwork! They also apologized to me and others behind me twice during the process. Great job, you two!

This restaurant is somewhat of a hidden gem. I've lived near Coors for two years and never realized we had one so close. The sandwich I had was delicious and made just right, but the service was lacking. There was only one staff member working, and she was rather quiet and seemed a bit annoyed. Now that I'm aware of this place, I’ll likely come back more frequently.

The phrase "Sandwich Artist" is used too frequently, but the server I encountered today truly lived up to the title. He went above and beyond, showcasing a high level of professionalism. This is exactly the type of employee that Subway should consistently strive to hire.

The young gentlemen Josiah was such a good worker! He greeted us right when we walked in! Welcome to Subway I’ll be right with you! Great customer service!! Need more employees like him!!!
