Romano's Macaroni Grill - Albuquerque

I'm still stunned by Open Table's ineptitude. After checking Macaroni Grill's availability after a fire for months, I was surprised to see that they appeared as open when I recently checked again on Open Table. I of course made a reservation for that evening and got a confirmation from Open Table, but when I showed up at the restaurant I found it is still very much closed. I sent a note to Open Table to tell them about their glitch, and they responded with an apology. Now they just sent me a request for a review of the restaurant. Hello, Open Table, is anybody there?

This place is closed but you’re still taking reservations! I was to meet my date there but place is a ghost town.

I made a reservation at Romano's Macaroni Grill on Friday at 5:45 pm, and when we arrived at the restaurant, we found that it was closed, and looks like it had been for some time. There was a fire at the restaurant earlier this year, and it seems to still be closed since that time. My question is, why did Open Table allow this restaurant to be booked when it is clearly not open for business? Steer clear of Romano's Macaroni Grill in Albuquerque!

We had reservations at 2:00 pm on Sunday. We arrived to have a nice dinner and the darn restaurant wa s closed for renovations. What the heck!! Not happy at all.
