Red Lobster Albuquerque Coors Bypass

It was almost a bad experience due to our open table slot not being recognized ... but the manager, I believe Amy was her name, fixed the issue and made it right! Food was excellent! Staff was great!

Very nice. our waitress was amazing, never forget anything.

Unfortunately this place has seen better times. stained carpet, dirty entrance, cunning seat at both, bad paper towels as dinner serviette and dirty device for payment. our server was pleasant, however, and delivered meal times as ordered- they started my salat, which was dressed, although I asked to dress on the side. she immediately returned to the kitchen for another entrée. the eating was pedestrian, asian salmon bowl had no taste, new orleans flounder was fishy and had much too much sauce. fish and chips kabeljau was as expected and ok, cole slaw was over dressed. even the “famous” cookies tasted old and processed. wein at the glass was delivered as a bigger pouring, although our barkeeper never asked what we want. I don't like to write a bad review, but the company really needs to redesign and revive this place!

They do not take reservations and open table wait list does nothing for you as the basically place you name on the list when you arrive so walking in is exactly the same. VERY slow to get seated and food was just a slow. I will not be back anytime soon.

This app is ****. Red lobster was unaware of the tables I had on notice and ended up coming in person to make the reservations. I’m upset and used the app to make things easier for me but got the opposite
