Range Cafe Rio Grande - Albuquerque

This might be the best breakfast I've ever experienced. The biscuits and pecan roll were incredibly light and absolutely delicious. The gravy and eggs were cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were generous—there was no way I could finish my plate, especially after seeing those pecan rolls and knowing I had to have at least a couple of bites. The service was exceptional; the waitress and the rest of the staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient. I would love to dine here again.

Really great food! The service is absolutely amazing and deserves 5 stars by itself. I only removed one star (should be a half star) because the rice had dried out and was too difficult to eat. You could tell that it would taste good otherwise, but it washard. The beans are very good. Enchiladas con calabazitas are incredible, as are the braised beef tacos. Overall, we loved ourexperience and would highly recommend. EDIT: In response to the restaurant, we were there Monday June 13th around 3:30pm,probably after the lunch rush.

The rice was tasty, although it seemed to have onions in it, despite being told that our dish did not contain any. The enchiladas, especially the meat inside, were really flavorful. However, we didn’t touch the pinto beans. The chile relleno was too spicy for me; it felt like my mouth was on fire, and I might have bitten into a seed, which made me hesitant to continue eating it. The taco was good, but it was also too spicy for my taste – I could only manage about three bites. Overall, it’s a very cool place with a great variety on the menu, and I would definitely return. I recommend making a reservation if you can.

The food was outstanding and the service was top-notch. Our waiter, Jeff, was exceptionally kind to us and our anxious puppy! He really went the extra mile to make us all feel welcome. I ordered the shrimp and grits, and it was fantastic! The portion size is generous, so make sure to come hungry or be ready to take home some leftovers!
