Mcdonald's - Albuquerque

I had to arrive early in the morning at the car center at Wal-Mart and wait for work to be done on my car, so I decided to have breakfast here. They offer self-service terminals, which I am always a big fan of when it comes to ordering food. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that orders were not called out in the lobby, but instead placed on the counter for customers to pick up.

The nuggets could have been fresher, but the staff was great and efficient. The service was quick, which was a plus. The reason for giving only 3 stars is because there was a cowboy outside wearing a safety jacket. I was eating with my kids when a woman with a bad attitude ordered, and as we were leaving, the cowboy approached us at the window and accused us of being homeless. It was a very confusing experience. Please address this issue.

Mcdonald’s is okay, but not the best reason I could use it. at one point I enjoyed it very much, but that's when I was a child. but then the hamburgers were excellent and the food was excellent, but for some reason it is no longer the same?

Went to buy only 2 fappe the machine was down hexe was completely understandable! what really tipped me was I asked her to cancel the order (I used the mobile app) the guy told me to only drive and it would be refunded so that I did. I still need help in the lobby, after 20 minutes waiting time I just left

Wow, totally rude staff, window 1 just was $8.36 no hi no buy NOTHING. Window 2 was worse the kid was holding my food out the window didn't even look at me. With all of the options in that area it would be in someone's best interest to invest time in customer service. No, it wasn't busy there was one car in front of me and nobody behind me.
