Kfc - Albuquerque

I visited this restaurant and ordered the iced tea along with a side and a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the coleslaw I requested, and the sandwich was not satisfactory. Honestly, there’s no point in going back—it shouldn’t be so difficult to get an order right. The manager on the night shift was incredibly unhelpful. When I returned to address the issue, she insisted that I needed to leave because I hadn’t given the correct instructions, even though I had double-checked my order at the time and showed her the receipt. She remained stubborn throughout the entire interaction.

The type in the window and the crew working today was so friendly. had to feed a lot in a hurry and they had me on the way and feel great about the choice to get kfc for everyone. food: 5/5

I went to KFC in San Mateo on Tuesday for their special and was quite disappointed. There were no utensils provided, and my meal didn't come with any gravy for the mashed potatoes or the fried steak. The coleslaw was barely a spoonful. To make matters worse, the food was cold. I wish I had ordered before leaving, but I waited until I got home to eat. Overall, I had a terrible experience with the service!

My order was quite simple, 4 chicken-small original. they didn't put pickles on them. So, now I'm going to spend the rest of my lunch break. first the girl tells me that she will pick me pickles? umm no I asked for her to be re-made the manager remakes her with the same huh littles and brot that is now soggy and wet. then the manager gets upset if I ask for my money back. as manager they should make their job right and set an example for their employees. or find another chicken company for

I placed an Uber order from this restaurant and arrived at 8:30 PM to pick it up, but no one answered the drive-thru. I then drove up to the window and knocked, only to be told that they were already closed. If their hours say they're open until 10 PM, they should be open until then. I ended up losing $25 because I couldn't retrieve my delivery. This happened today, November 8, 2022, at 8:30 PM.
