Dunkin' - Albuquerque

Ordered my usual, but at this, new to me, store. Did not include a fork for omelet bites, nor napkins. Also, gave me a short small straw for a large iced coffee, which really isn't adequate. Sadly, won't be using them again. And by the way, the hash browns are BAD.

I?m a huge Dunkin patron, but this location NEVER gets the drinks right, and the same drink will be different every time and AKWAYS tastes burnt and like it?s been sitting there for days. I?ve wasted my money way too many times on drinks that are not made right and I throw away. Other locations are consistent on the drink I order , but this location just can?t get it together. All it is is an iced decaf caramel coffee, but it?s never made the way I ask. Staff for the most part are nice.

I have been getting incomplete orders, this DD does not have the items they sell all the time. Today I am not happy. I went there for my lunch. I ordered the avocado toast with tomatoe and bacon. Only avocado was on the one slice of toast. I ordered two Kolaches with mustard, no mustard available. The donuts were fine today. When I got back to my office the Kolaches were ice cold. The microwave at my office heated the Kolaches up. This is not ok, if there is nothing available to heat the food, you have wasted your money. DD is not cheap, so it was disappointing.

This is probably the first time I have tried Dunkin...and I love it...I order the Cookie butter cold brew...that was soo delicious I might just go back...!! Good job Dunkin..
