I was greeted with happy faces right away. there were 2 very friendly girls working there. she got a big hurry of like 20 customers and she got it quickly treated.very friendly environment.n good communication skills

I ordered a small sundae with hot fudge and butterscotch dip and it was heavenly!

Update. Changed from a 3 start to a 1 star. This location can thank Tristian for the lower rating. Beyond lazy. There are three people working inside. WHY? I have no idea because its completely empty inside. It 's probably empty because your paying people to turn away customers.I usually give places 5 stars or 1 star. Typically there is no inbetween. I have been to this location twice. I have recently discovered that this is the last location in Albuquerque tht sells Orange Julius. The first time I went here the girl working was fantastic. She went above and beyond. Did a call in order, super friendly, extremely quick, no issues with processing payment. Second time we went the girl that day was having a horrible day. She didn 't want to do a pick up order but decided to do it because she figured out we could see her from our car and there was only one customer sitting at the table. She then proceeded to pretend that she couldn 't run our payment because it was a debit card and wouldn 't let her unless we gave her my PIN. She said she wasn 't new and that she was some kind of manager. It 's hard to believe that there is such a difference in the quality of the customer service at the same location. The Orange Julius was delicious both times, however.

Bought a small strawberry cheese quake blizzard..it was good but they never mix it to the bottom so mostly only vanilla ice cream near the bottom
