Burger King - Albuquerque

I was on the hill. we are constantly screwing our orders. a lot of luck, who orders from here. food: 1/5

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. The drive-thru was quick and they had all of my order items ready. Overall, the food was great, I would rate it 4 out of 5.

I have never been able to understand why their food is consistently disappointing. Their fries are always dry. Overall rating: 2 out of 5.

They win a star so I could say it is 5:30 on Saturday and they are closed to go into customers. this happens several times per week. pitaful service.

If this is the store at Golf Course Ellison in Albuquerque; it's awful. They care more about speed than a correct order!!!!!!!! Didn't give me what I ordered when I drove back thru to get it corrected; due to medical reasons I can't have seeds asked for 2 bottoms, which freaked the drive thru attendant totally out! They finally gave me the corporate office's ,but then refused to serve me. I'm 73yrs, am hypoglycemic by the time I got home it was between 3:30- 4pm! But at least I got another turkey cheese sandwich at home. No treat for me that day! So disappointing to have reverse prejudice alive well at Burger King I've lived here a long time it's just getting worse worse lately.
