BJ's Brewhouse Cottonwood Mall

My overall experience at this place has always been a good one. Customer service is top notch and I do like the food options they present. Also extra kudos for coming up with great ways to combat by having a QR code to scan and show the menu on our phones

We were sat right away, server was friendly and accommodating. Had a wonderful time

Our food was well cooked and hot. We had the artichoke spinach dip appetizer and it was awesome! I can’t wait to try the avocado egg rolls. Yum. Lovely atmosphere and great service

We booked they open table, but upon our arrival, the hostess said that open table is a party company and they do not treat their reservations as a reservation, so we were then added to their call ahead wait list. It does no good using this app for this restaurant

Their hamburg's are always good there and my husband had the ribs and like them. We enjoyed the environment and Service as well
