Asian Noodle Bar - Albuquerque

Sushi was amazing! My husband had the Teriyaki Udon soup. He's still talking about it. I have the spicy tuna and avocado salad. It was dying. We also had different types of sushi. The Sashimi was fantastic. The service was on the spot. I've never been treated by the staff. We're going back!

We loved it. We're so glad they're open again. I don't know how the owner pulled her restaurant through all the shutdowns, but she did it and it's great. New furnishings and a great place to eat. We had a great lunch and can't wait to go back. The food was AWESOME!

The food here is even better than before! You are open for Essen Post Covid! I ordered the Kung Pao bowl and spicy salmon hand roll. Amazing!

Amazing food, with an atmosphere that feels authentic for the kitchen. There are many options, depending on your choice of Chinese-American, Vietnamese or Japanese foods. My family has made quick friends with the owner and always come here when we take the hour and half a ride to Albuquerque. Would recommend 10/10 times.

I'm finding the food and service to be very good. The udon noodle dish is what I ordered. It comes with a healthy serving of vegetables and noodles. The shop is separate. You may add it to the fish as I have. It does take some time to cool. It is topped with two prawn and has either plumb or chile paste for dipping. Great variety. I will come back.
