After 35 minutes the owner came by and asked me what I had ordered, just to discover that my food was not yet prepared. 45 minutes after my order, I finally got my food. not a good start and very unprofessional. the same happened at my second visit, I was there for a take-out or waited at least 35 to 40 minutes with people coming after me to get their food served them first. ridiculous! my third visit, I have decided to call on, so my order would be ready when I arrived. my order was done, but I said no spicy aromen in my eating. When I came home with my order, I was so sharp, I couldn't even eat it. I took my order back just to let the staff say they can repay my money, but they can give me another court. bad customer service. at my fourth visit they took my order and said it was about 20 minutes. After 35 minutes I noticed a box of eating on the theke sitting and no one takes care enough to check on whose order it was. I approached the counter and said, is that my order, of course, it was my order, just sitting there cold. the confusion of the employees seemed a must. Today I have set up another phone order to try to have it ready as soon as I arrived. When I got into her load, on the left there's a sign that says the order here. on the right side there is a sign that says on picking orders instead of allowing me to go to the pick-up counter for my order, instead of going to order under both signs! So my order set on the counter to get cold while waiting for other people to order their food that had not called for. my question is: why do they have a sign for orders when they use this space for taking new orders? very rude! you should at least train your employees to recognize the difference between the sign, because you are the one who sets the mark? I would like to go further into this restaurant, but it seems a must of unprofessionality and personal confusion when submissions are ready and the counter is for ordering or picking up. other restaurants that I have visited in the opposite of santa fe do not have this problem and they seem to get the orders with a high degree of professionalism. I don't know what the problem with this restaurant is, but they always seem confused.
Every time I thru abq or santa fe, anna purnas is my way to grub! I believe in the healing power of the food and this place is full of love and good energy! the aubergine hummus pack is amazills! daal divine. Do not forget the vegan desserts or the delicious chai. nomnom
Annapurna is organic, vegan friendly and serves amazing food. the Lebanese wrap is probably my Fav thing on the menu, I never had a bad experience here and come quite often! annapurna is never disappointed.
It was nice that her menu is so big and there is something for everyone, all the items that my groups tried were delicious and incredibly cheap!
My husband and I loved eating at Annapurna's and we visited them all over the city. The food is really delicious with a lot of vegan options and, as a yoga teacher, I appreciated the ayurvedic consciousness and approach to the meals. They felt very balanced and were filling and the desserts were amazing!
