Churrasqueira O Nosso Franguinho

Most definitely one of my favourite restaurants in the Algarve

A lttle more expansive than some, but a lot more quality. Only wth a reservation.

My rating are base on what a place is and I so I don't compare a neighbourhood churrasqueira to a Michelin star restaurant. This restaurant is true Portuguese churrasqueira and it serves chicken with or without piripiri sauce (very spicy/hot), tomato lettuce salad and fries and rice all family style. The food is delicious. We had the aged goat cheese, cured ham and olives as the appetizer. Lovely service and the food was delicious. Sorry we didn't find it earlier in our stay. It's tucked away of the main road as many of the authentic Portuguese restaurants seem to be in Albufiera. Recommended.

Restaurante com espaço muito original e criativo. Funcionários atenciosos e atentos às quantidades necessárias, sem tentar vender... E sem dúvida o melhor franguinho da Guia! Atenção que é preciso reservar mesa... Fomos durante a semana e estava cheio!

Arrived for a lunch booking which unfortunately was misplaced, although to be fair I think it was an error on our part! They kindly fitted our group of seven in and was really attentive to our needs. We were recommended a selection of cheeses, ham and breads to start and then opted for Piri Piri chicken, chips and tomato and onion salad, which was absolutely delicious. We dont usually opt for desserts but my partner had noticed them on the way in so we all had a selection of local specials to seal everything off : We have been here for ten days and this was by far the best restaurant we have been to so far. As regular visitors to Portugal, we will most definitely be returning! To the kind and friendly staff, thank you.
