Dairy Queen Grill Chill - ALBION

One of the slowest DQs, doesn't matter what time of day you go they are gonna be slow.

Great food and service but it was very hot in the dining room so I ate in my truck. Bonus for class B cdl drivers... your straight truck can fit behind the building or across the street while you eat.

When I get to the drive through the processes was fairly quick untill I paid them... they proceeded to ask me to pull forward and compeltly forgot about me serving the next 4 vehicles in line. After waiting for over ten minutes I went into the store and the first thing the employee says when seeing me is and I quote OH Sh ! Meaning the food I was waiting for was waiting for me also. The manager was very apologetic and gave me my food along with 2 free combo meal coupons. He did a great job of handling the situation. However when I got home I dicovered my 2 double bacon cheeseburgers were both without bacon and tomatoes, one was also missing onions and had the wrong cheese. Never going back to this location.

Hit and Miss is exactly how I feel with this Dairy Queen. You either get a solid meal or a dump. It depends on the staff working there, which is incredibly frustrating. The burgers at best are above average, the fries not so much. I do however love the Strawberry Sundaes there. I always felt like that’s always been taken care of. I just wish the rest of the experience was that way.

The service was a little slow, but my whole food was hot and fresh. The person who works the window apologized for the delay. That was a first.
