As Charles Baudelaire said : here everything is only Luxury Calm and voluptuousness in a cozy setting of red bricks symbolic of Albigensian country, your table welcomes you on red velvet armchairs. The best is obviously in the plates and in the glasses served by a very beautiful cellar of French wines that will lead you to the divine. Creativity, high quality ingredients, care to treat you, it's great food. There are also some must-haves, which are the soul of Georges Bermond's cuisine and that I can not help but taste every time: truffle shrimp ravioli in truffle emulsion and sweetbreads with a fine crushed potatoes and celery. The foie gras, the best of Albi restaurants on my opinion, will lead you to Paradise At the address of our foreign visitors, I recommend this place of French gastronomy because the price is very reasonable and the quality throughout the year, it is not a tourist trap and you will keep an excellent memory of your stay in our Episcopal city ALBI
Very nice and cozy. Michelin Star awarded, yet pricewise reasonable. Away from the tourist lanes, yet very close to the downtown. Great wine list. Food is excellent. Would give it five stars, but the appetizer trout tartar looked and tasted as if it were put on the plate directly from the can. Recommend.
A good restaurant and a nice quiet and warm establishment. The person in charge of my service was very attentive, it was appreciable. The kitchen was excellent, a nice dressage and a copy of nothing, I was repushed at the end of the meal. In view of the quality of the meal, I do not find the high prices, I recommend!
Cozy atmosphere for a evening meal. Inputs are good, astonishing by some products such as small acidic peppers that give peps. Very good, hearty, friendly service and good advice. Just do it again.
