Heartburn. Tonight I took a culinary lesson. I had the pleasure of eating in Ephemeris Albi. What do you mean? The best mature beef rib I’ve been given to eat for a long time. Two pounds of meat have a record for us. A pure greed in a nice frame of bricks joined. The bosses are meat enthusiasts has a difficultly conceivable level even for the meatgivers like us. They come to introduce you the meat before the hallucinating leather!!!! On the other hand, the Vegans walk on your way. Even the entrance is composed of an incredible charcuterie. I need a few days to get back from my emotions, but I found my new Albigeoise tab tonight. Thank you!

Atypical frame and country house mode and good franquette. Very nice home and exceptional meats. It was a treat and a very nice discovery. Presentation of the meat before cooking and cooking in front of us is just magical. For the rest, indescribable, you must taste for knowledge. With the menu at 35€, if you like meat, I recommend the meat plate and the meat maturation. To come back without moderation...
