Baskin-robbins - Albertville

Baskin-Robbins in the same four walls with dunkin doughnuts. it's like finding an unknown corner in the sky. if they take the best ice with the perfect donut made and a draw or two or maybe three up on it is the perfect wise to turn a day that started on the wrong foot.

Most employees are too young and caught in their personal lives to be productive workers. When I arrived, the cake cooler was never full. I started to get it to the point, but immediately stop after being harassed by a teenager woman who had access to privately employed personal information that is a great no no no no no. I suggest milk queen or publix for special cakes. they went to Wal-Mart once and had made a cake and then sold as their own because they couldn't even make it. the most unprofessional place I think of ever for or was a parade. hide some adult and people without drug problems or heavy amounts of personal drama before this site is closed.

Excuse me, WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING???!!!! Laziest staff, laziest stock, THE WHOLE RESTAURANT IS NOTHING BUT LAZINESS! I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER OR OWNER OF THIS PARLOR!!! I feel like hiring Karens to yell at the staff and force this establishment to shut down. This is one of the most hellish dessert parlors that I’ve ever been to, because they’re OUT OF EVERYTHING! Go to Dairy Queen or It’s Yogurtime instead.

As soon as we arrived we were ignored like we were invisible, took em a good 10-20 minutes to notice us only to tell us not ask but tell us what we needed.

I'm confused? I go to Baskin Robbins to get ice-cream and I order chocolate and they are out. I order five different flavors in which they are out of! Needless to say, I LEFT WITHOUT ICE-CREAM. Every time I go here they are out of ice-cream. The employees are also rude! I went to Jack's down the road, ordered ice-cream and they have ice cream there!!! This Baskin-Robbins location sucks!
