Taco Bell (trail's Travel Center)

I arrived with a fairly complicated order due to my health issues (dairy-free, gluten-free, and meatless), and the staff was extremely helpful and proactive in accommodating my needs alongside the rest of our order. They even took the extra step of placing everything in containers beforehand to make it easier for me to eat. The woman who took our order was incredibly calm and patient, willingly making changes multiple times. She went out of her way to double-check everything to ensure it was exactly what I needed. Her work ethic and admirable personality stood out. Overall, I received some of the best service I've experienced at a Taco Bell. The place was clean, the service was efficient, and the customer interactions were warm and friendly.

It's a shame we can't give more than five stars. The food and service were excellent. I mentioned to the cashier that I was satisfied, and the enthusiasm in her voice when she called out my order was worth at least eight stars by itself.

I appreciate that the hours were updated on Google. The taste was decent, but you might want to improve how the burritos are rolled. I would have given four stars, but when I asked for a cup of water, I was told, “we don’t provide that here.” So instead, I went to McDonald's and ended up getting a drink, which pretty much canceled my order altogether.

I praised this taco bell, they were always fast and never even my order wrong. staff were very friendly. I don't know what happened in the last months. now every time I go, they are either closed because nobody showed up on the work or they are somehow out of any items on the menu.

Placed an online order. There were no chips when we ordered them. The pop was flat and the Gatorade tasted like water with barely any flavor but there was red color so it wasn’t clear liquid. Out of medium cups. All around a pretty bad experience but not as bad as some other places
